About

My Story

I have been working in Aviation and Telecommunication industry for the last 25 years. I have also worked within the education, trade, import/export and legal fields throughout my career.

I have always wanting and dreamed to enter the Diplomatic Service. The methodology I will lead you through is exactly the same one which I used to become an Honorary Consul.

Being a Diplomat representing a country will be the most rewarding, exciting and honourable endeavour you will ever achieve.

We know all of this because we have actually done it

Becoming a Diplomat (Honorary NOT Career) is in addition to my current vocational and commercial activities, it is NOT a replacement to what I have been doing for the last 25 years, if anything it’s given me and greater scope, purpose and opportunity, something that will benefit the “Sending Sate” (Country I represent, St. Vincent and the Grenadines) and the “Receiving State” (country I live in, Australia).

I have advised Government, not just my Sending State Government but also the Receiving State Government in International Trade, Investment, Education, Culture and Technology. Being an Honorary Consul gives me access to Diplomatic & Consular networks not just in the Sending state, Receiving State, but around the globe, where your identified, respected, irrespective of language, culture and geography. Being a member of a Diplomatic and Consular Corps has enriched, focused and enhanced my already global activities.

My Story

Michele Dalpra

I have been working in Aviation and Telecommunication industry for the last 25 years. I have also worked within the education, trade, import/export and legal fields throughout my career.

I have always wanting and dreamed to enter the Diplomatic Service and upon researching on how to do this, tragically, I always received the same advice, “do an International Affairs degree at University and then get a job with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs”. Being in my mid 40’s, this was not a viable option, after completing years of research and development, I now have a working formula and philosophy in becoming an Honorary Consul, the methodology I will lead you through is exactly the same as I used to become an Honorary Consul with the added addition of information and experience of being a current sitting Diplomat representing a country. It does not involve you doing a Specific University degree or getting a job with your Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Ironically, when I started my application process, I received offers from 5 countries, which only proves that the methodology worked, provided you have the correct mindset, commitment and understanding.
